I am an ACE certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss, endurance training, pre/postnatal fitness and fitness for women. My personal training style focuses on high intensity interval training (HIIT) while maintaining excellent form to prevent injury and increase balanced strength and endurance. As an avid outdoor enthusiast it is easy for me to translate the benefits of fitness beyond physical appearance.
